Each year brings 300+ inches of powdery snow to some of the most wild bowls and trails in North America. Taos has a charming community vibe and is open for adventure all year long.

The vibrant culture of Taos continues through the seasons with live music, educational programs, hiking, mountain biking, rock climbing, fishing, and of course, as much skiing and snowboarding as you can handle!

We’re one of only a few independent ski resorts left in the US– which means you’ll be joining our team of enthusiastic staff as a part of the family, not as a number. As an employee, you’ll have the opportunity to bond with like-minded adventurers who will become like your second family.

I thoroughly enjoyed my time here. The entire environment was fun, welcoming, and definitely and equal opportunistic place to be employed. The company does great at making sure each person is given whatever means necessary to make it possible for them to be employed safely. Entire environment is adamant about the safety and the well being of the staff. Management is does their job well but doesn’t treat anyone superior to the other. Coworkers are all welcoming to new employees and all will not hesitate to help each other out. The hardest part about each day is having to clock out.

Taos Ski Valley has plenty of lovable traits from agreeable B-corp initiatives to great discounts for family and friends included in the staff ski pass. I received a high wage for the work required of me, I received a fair discount for food, and the staff shuttle can mitigate a costly gas bill. I recommend this position, there is overtime if needed on snow days and awesome managers.
