Silver Gate Lodging is a unique and remote business operating one mile outside the Northeast gate to Yellowstone National Park. Consisting of rental cabins, a historic lodge, and a general store our mission is to help our guests make memories that will last a lifetime. We provide a jumping off point to explore the park and our cabins are a home base for various outdoor adventures; we provide unique and comfortable lodging at an affordable price.
Nestled next to Yellowstone’s Northeastern Gate in a glacially carved valley, Soda Butte Creek winding through town, we’re located in the town of Silver Gate, Montana. It’s a bit of humanity in a sea of wilderness. Animals from bison to bear to fox to moose pass through our tiny mountain town almost as if it didn’t exist. The best thing about this job is that you get to work in the mountains, right outside of Yellowstone National Park.
On your days off all of Yellowstone and the Beartooth Mountains are your playground. Unknown to most, the Beartooth and Absaroka Mountains surrounding us, which lie outside the park, are amazingly epic, wild, and beckoning to be explored.
