Within and around Grand Teton National Park, GTLC runs Jackson Lake Lodge, Jenny Lake Lodge, Colter Bay Village, and Flagg Ranch.

GTLC has an onsite Employee Recreation Director, so there’s always a fun way to participate. We offer many employee events and activities to suit all interests.

From fishing to wildlife viewing, personal photography to climbing, and over 200 miles of hiking trails, Grand Teton National Park offers endless activities for the outdoor enthusiast.

Come play with us this summer!

Take it from our staff:

Being 2 miles south of Yellowstone in the Grand Teton Range doesn’t hurt. The remoteness of the GTLC location helps to inspire not only teamwork but a real feeling of closeness and camaraderie. My day would start with breakfast with my co-workers then off to the cabins we cleaned and I inspected. Surrounded by animals such as Deer, Moose, Bear and birds of every feather often made work feel amazing. Of course with full occupancy…turning 90 plus cabins a day can be hard but the satisfaction of a day fully lived and worked was worth every minute.

It is a close community of well balanced work/life in one of the most beautiful places on Earth! It is an incredible place to work with opportunity for advancement and led by excellent senior management!
