Vista Verde Guest Ranch is one of the best places to spend a summer season. Our season runs from May – October and we are currently seeking self-starters who are willing to take on challenges with a positive attitude. As an employee you will play a vital role in creating a one of a kind vacation for our guests, while developing friendships that can last a lifetime.The ranch provides staff housing, meals, and laundry facilities on site, for a small fee.
The Vista Verde Ranch offers many positions: from wranglers to waitstaff, fencers to fishing guides, housekeepers to kid’s wranglers.
All positions provide an opportunity for you to meet new friends, develop new job skills, and discover new things about yourself and the beautiful area around you.
Guests are offered a full vacation program that includes horseback riding, cattle working, hiking, rock climbing, mountain biking, whitewater rafting, kayaking, hot air ballooning, fly fishing, paddle boarding, yoga, plus much more during the summer months. We offer a similarly full program in the winter that includes miles of cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and snowmobiling.

Meals: Meals are provided.
Housing: Housing is bunkhouse style. Bed linens, pillows, and towels are provided, but storage space is very limited.
