Alta’s Rustler Lodge is the premier lodge in the town of Alta, Utah. It is at the base of the Alta Ski Resort, which boasts of 500 inches of “the greatest snow on Earth” annually. We pride ourselves on “Service Above All”.
Alta’s Rustler Lodge has 85 guest rooms and is the premiere lodge in Alta. The Rustler prides itself on “service above all”. We have the finest cuisine in Little Cottonwood Canyon. Alta’s Rustler Lodge is on the modified American food plan, which includes breakfast and dinner in the room rates. Lunch is also served at an additional cost. The lodge caters to our “in-house“ guests, providing a range of services from children’s programs, apres ski activities & more! Most guests feel like they are returning home when they arrive at the lodge.
Much effort is put into maintaining this feeling and the management team that has been with Alta’s Rustler Lodge for over 30 years makes it possible!
Working at Alta’s Rustler Lodge is an experience like no other! With 70 employees living on site we quickly become a family. Many lifelong friendships are made over our 5 1/2 month winter season. We have a diverse staff from ages 18 yrs to 60 yrs old. Our common ground is a love for the outdoors (skiing in particular) and providing top notch customer service. “Service above all” is our motto and it shows every day. The management team has been in place for over 30 years and we treat the Rustler as our home. We take pride in what we do and we love the life we have in Alta. We are ski in/ski out so this is a REAL ski job!! All schedules allow for ski time daily and it’s as easy as going to work, finish your shift, head out to the slopes. For those off site a personal and shared ski locker is provides so the same convenience is available. Come to join us for the best 5 1/2 months of your life!
